Shop Policies

Production Time

  • All custom orders are made to order and typically have a 2-4 week turnaround time.
  • Ready-made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
  • * Please feel free to contact me if your order is urgent or has a specific deadline


Garment Care

  • I recommend hand-washing all garments with a gentle cleanser, such as baby shampoo.
  • Do not wring your garments. Instead, lay them out to dry on a flat surface.
  • Do not use bleach on your garments.


Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS. The cost of shipping is always $5.00 for orders in the Unites States. If you require a different shipping carrier, please contact me first.
  • I will only ship to select countries, but shipping costs will reflect the international pricing that USPS charges.
  • Please understand that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Please be sure to double check your address before placing an order. 
  • I am based in Pasadena, California and charge 10.25% sales tax for all California State orders.
  • I am not responsible for any additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs. All import taxes and VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Minnie Stitches does not accept any returned packages due to unpaid fees.


Refunds + Exchanges

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order before it ships, a store credit code will be issued for the purchase price of your order.
  • Because all custom garments are made-to-order, I only allow them to be exchanged for store credit within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition. Exchanges will not be accepted for items with signs of use. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited in full, minus the shipping costs. Please email me to initiate a return. New orders will not be processed until the return is accepted.
  • Please note that sale items will be final sale and returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Please understand that I am not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. It is advised to get a tracking number and/or insurance when shipping back your piece.


Repairs

  • I will accept repairs on a case-by-case basis. A fee may be issued depending on the repair. Client will be responsible for shipping charges on any repair items.


Pricing

  • All prices are in USD.
  • My prices are calculated by the formula: cost of materials + (hours of labor * 15) = total price
  • Shipping will always be an additional $5.00 for orders in the Unites States.
  • Please note that sales, promotions, and coupon codes are only valid during the dates as stated in the offer.
